I live upstairs and rent my 2,000 sq ft apartment out during the winter through AirBnB. I have been AirBnB'ing for 8 years with great success. I usually leave it empty for the summers, however my friend rents to traveling nurses and has great success. So, I thought I would rent the apartment for the summer and fall.
