Private guest suite in beautiful Folsom home

I really liked this place. You have all the privacy a person could want. The upstairs is perfect for one person. I had access to the laundry, kitchen and even the garage. The space is super nice with a private bathroom, bedroom and upstairs living room! D is an excellent host! She can chat you up, or let you be, but she was never rude at all. I am pretty self-aware of how I walk upstairs so I was never pounding around or loud. I was also very clean and always cleaned up after myself in the kitchen. The place is big, but also felt like home to me. The bathroom was perfect. I appreciated the nice decorations in the room and the bed was amazing. The two cats (Diego and Dakota) are sweet and friendly. Diego (the big black cat) always talked at me when I cooked food in the kitchen. Just a really nice place to stay with easy parking, great spaces, excellent host and really cool cats! I was here almost 6 months and I have no complaints whatsoever. MT

I stayed in this property but so sad that I have to leave soon ! I am so pleased how clean, quiet, and safe is the placed. The location is safe! Brand new area development in Folsom! The extra cleaning every other week is a plus more importantly the room you renting is located upstairs, you have your own privacy , own living room, and bathroom ! Mini fridge, microwave and coffee are extra perks feels like a studio apartment! The owner is always ready to listen and attend to your needs! I will missed this place and if I will come around here and this place is available no doubt I will stay here again! Thank you to the host! I called this property as my- HOME AWAY STAY!

I had to exit early as I had to return to my property in Wildomar, CA (Lake Elsinore); I had booked for a longer stay but because of H I returned early to check my property. This is an elegant private 1 bdrm guest suite in a safe, secure beautiful Folsom location. Hardly could believe the price! You could not ask for a more upscale location; very quiet, peaceful, safe. It is just like renting a private 1 bdrm apartment.

Clean and quite home in safe neighborhood. Really appreciate the cleaning service that came. Landlord very attentive to the needs of the household. Definitely would recommend.
