Walkout Basement Apartment

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as the other reviews. No one checked up on me. The two times I did see the owner it was pleasant enough but not super friendly. I left the property very stressed, in all my years traveling, I have never had the problems I had here. I'm giving 3 stars just because of the convenience to the beautiful downtown of Los Altos, and to work.

This property is fantastic! We were so happy to stumble upon this gem when looking online. Rachelle and Danica were so attentive, provided everything we needed in the cottage, and communicated well throughout our entire stay. The cottage is quaint and adorable, with high ceilings, lots of natural light, a beautiful sun-filled deck space outside, and reliable AC. The laundry room has high-end appliances, is readily accessible, and kept incredibly clean. The property itself is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the bay, and you feel incredibly safe in this neighborhood. There's plenty of nearby walking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores without feeling like you're in the middle of a major metropolitan area. There is a bit of traffic noise from the nearby freeway, but it's fairly consistent and mimics a stream or river. Highly recommend this place for any and all traveling professionals!

The studio is a nice size with a 3/4 bathroom. The kitchenette had everything i needed. The owner is nice and responds quickly to questions. The only complaint i had was the rent was expensive compared to what other travelers were paying.

Excellent location very safe and quiet area. Close to SHC and Palo Alto VA. I would bike to work. Plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby. The cottage has everything you could ask for. The pool and laundry access can be a bit tedious but not a big deal for me. The PM and property owner are very kind and accomodating. The property owner would always check in on me and see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying with R! Thank you for letting us stay with you!

The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. I made housing request last min and R answered all my questions about the property. My stay was perfect, it was quiet, has everything I needed. And she often checks up on me if I was comfortable and if there was anything she could do to make my stay more pleasant. I will definitely stay again if Im in the area. It was very close to the hospital I was working at. Close to the freeway and many restaurants and shops nearby.
