Private Upper Level

I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was as described in the listing - private spaces upstairs and shared laundry/kitchen. I work remotely so enjoyed ocean views from the office space. Great location for exploring the central coast. Easy access to the beach and bay front and easy to hop on 101 to head to out and explore north and south. R was super friendly and easy to communicate with and I'd recommend to check it out if you're looking to stay in the area.

Such a nice stay with the sweetest couple! I really enjoy my time here and they have the sweetest dog named R who anyone would fall in love with. Upper floor to yourself - as the title of the property says - literally the size of a single bedroom apartment. I was at a rotation at Samaritan hospital and it's about a 3 - 5 min drive. Beach is a 10-15 min walk away, downtime is about the same. Super clean home with all the necessities - washer and dryer, pots, pans, utensils, etc. I brought my own tupperware for my convenience but they had some available for use as well. In all, highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in the area .
