A dedicated office space is off of the master bedroom. If you have to work while on vacation, it's a great place to do so with Cox high speed internet.
A 10' x 10' Copenhagen section provides lots of seating for watching movies, shows, games and more. Move some chairs over and even more can join in. The 60" internet TV is loaded with access to AppleTV, HBOmax, Netflix, Sling TV, Hulu and Disney+.
Mature plantings welcome visitors to this beautiful single level end unit townhome. Guests enjoy access to two community pools and a community green belt and walking paths.
The walkway from the driveway to the front door make the home easily accessible to unload luggage. The path is lighted for visibility in the evening.
Rocky's Retreat is the end unit of this townhome community. The home is only attached to another unit on the east side of the home. There is a large side yard on the west side of the home.
Guests have full access to the home's two car garage. The door from the garage opens into the kitchen, so unloading groceries is easy. For guests who need accessibility, there is one 5" step up from the garage & a 32" door opening into the kitchen.
Each bedroom is equipped with an internet TV for watching TV in bed.
A comfy king size bed is located in the master bedroom, and there is plenty of storage space in the mid-century modern dressers and nightstands.

The newly remodeled shower features a fold-down seat and a grab bar and it is truly handicapped accessible.
New modern oversized shower head gives great shower pressure so you can truly enjoy the morning shower.
The second master features 2 Saatva twin mattress for the most comfortable night's sleep. The twins mattresses can be pushed together to become a king for couples and can be pushed apart for children or single who don't want to share a bed.
The 2nd bedroom's walk-in closet has plent of storage.
Full bathroom adjacent to the 2nd bedroom.

A large dining table (seat up to 8 people) off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy family meals. A natural light skylight is over the table illuminating the dining space.
The skylight above the dining room brings natural light to the dining area.
Guests have full access to a GE side-by-side refrigerator to store food during their stay. The kitchen stays light and bright during the day because of a huge skylight that illuminates the kitchen during the day.
The kitchen features maple cabinets, granite counters, a stainless electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink & refrigerator, and is equipped with everything you need to make a spectacular meal.
An extra deep sink & dishwasher makes it easy to clean up after meals.
The new GE electric double oven offers plenty of capacity for cooking the largest meals. The top smaller oven heats up quickly and is perfect for heating up a frozen pizza or keeping prepared meals on a warmer setting.
The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a gourmet meal. Dishware, wine glasses, storage containers, flatware, cooking utensils are all provided by the owner. Even plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, and ziploc bags are provided.
There is a full set of Emeril Lagasse Stainless All Clad Cookware to prepare meals during your stay located in the cabinet to the right of the cooktop.
The 48" round breakfast table is great for enjoying your morning breakfast. There is also a separate dining table in the dining room for larger parties.
The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, and sweeteners to that you never miss you morning cup of coffee. And if you don't want to make your own, the Albertson's grocery store just around the corner features a Starbucks inside.
A walk-in panty has plenty of space for storage. Inside you will find an Instantpot, crockpot, blender, juicer, drip coffee maker and juicer. In the springtime, Rocky's Retreat has two mature grapefruit trees that you are welcome to juice.
Separate laundry room features Maytag Gemini washer and dryer and iron & ironing board. Owner provides washing pods, dryer sheets, bleach and stain spray.
Electric grill and 48" round outdoor dining table.
40ft x 10ft covered patio in the back yard.
There is shaded seating in the back yard to enjoy the evening, read a book or just enjoy each other's company.
Two mature yellow grapefruit trees provide delicious fruit in the spring. Please help yourselves or use the juicer for fresh grapefruit juice.
From January to May the two yellow grapefruit trees in the backyard offer deliciously sweet and large fruit. Guests are encouraged to pick, eat and juice the fruit.
Community pool #1 is closest to Rocky's Retreat, just a short walk down the block. The community recently resurfaced the pool and purchased new lounges. There is a covered area for dining and restrooms onsite.

Community pool 2 is two blocks south of Rocky's Retreat. Also, an easy walk and it has view of the community greenbelt. Both pools are available to guests. You must have the pool key to enter.
