Owner comes off nice and helpful however the unit comes with leaking/flooding a/c leading to holes in the drywall without resolving the issue leading to ongoing moisture build up in walls and floors. Hopefully you dont have any natural disasters and your fianc doesnt rely on the WiFi for work because he lies and disappears about getting that fixed.The internet only works due to being illegally connected to another power pole after we had to beg the internet provider working in the field for help. Ian has not yet replaced the power pole on the property due to his negligence of removing the tree due to the storm in October and replacing the necessary equipment/lines connected to the house. FEMA comes into play, he takes your FEMA money. There is also a major issue with black mold leading to respiratory issues which in fact we scheduled a mold /foundation inspection which in turn he refused to allow the inspector on the property after agreeing as he was made aware of the mold and foundation issues. Yetanother major problem of mice, and the intense amount of cock roaches. Roaches to the point of crawling on you in your sleep. Ohand the pictures are totally different from what the place looks like. The appliances are old and different. Ian, the owner refuses to answer the phone with any kind of issues stating he needs it in text for legal reasons. Everything is falling apart, this house isnt anything close to new as he states. Gas grill and patio furniture. Good luck finding them. We asked many times for the gas grill and he didnt own one for the house. This guy is the prime definition of a SLUMLORD! Ive been a travel nurse for over 6 years and have never seen anything like this in my life! Please take a video and pictures of everything in the place because he tries to blame everything thats damaged on you when you leave. If you stay in the winter expect to wait 10-15 minutes for hot water. Also, the heater continuously shuts off to defrost so dont expect warmth in the colder months. The quiet old neighborhood is loud as all can be with fire trucks, police, trains, motorcycles, and tow trucks flying up and down the road. If you order anything by mail, hope you dont need it timely, if its delivered to the correct address. The red clay isnt even manageable to keep clean in the house; its a disaster. The house is ready to crumble in on its self any day. Get everything in writing, take pictures, do pre and post walkthroughs with the shyster Ian, and have the best attorney you can after because he will fight you on everything. Totally over priced and underwhelming. Get a hotel before here. The owner Ian just isnt a honest person, poor business owner and awful construction contractor who has no idea how to properly take care of, properly repair/maintain any issues and only cares about making money. Also be wary as he has multiple properties within the area.

My husband and I stayed in this sweet little home while waiting to move into a new home. We had everything we needed, a full kitchen, laundry, very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The house is very conveniently located to many stores and parks and restaurants.

I stayed here almost a month, and give it 5 stars! It had everything a travel nurse needs. It was also very quiet and safe. Duplex is right across from a fire department. I would have stayed here longer, but had an emergency come up and had to go home. The landlord is very nice and easy to work with.
