NOTE: An in-law apartment is attached to the main house, with a tenant (Hannah). There is one shared wall. Besides dogs barking, yelling, or very loud television/music, no sound travels between the units. All rooms in the house are for your private use except the laundry room, which separates the two units. Please, if you have loud dogs or children this house is not for you, because the sound of dogs barking does carry.
