J the owner is a stand up guy! he doesn't live at the property, but Is locally available with just a call. When the cold turned to warm weather I contacted Joe and he was there that day to get the A/C unit going as I wasn't sure how it worked. As a traveler my fear is always the deposits. There was no issues with the return of the "deposit" and J personally bought me my full deposit check the day I left. I had a great experience with J and and staying at the property. overall 5/5 stay and I would go back again. Additionally during my stay I had a roommate named Taryn. She rents the master from Joe and has been there for over 2 years. you will probably meet her. She's AMAZING!!! She is a very very clean person, there was a few times I had left dishes in the sink over night and I woke up to them cleaned and put away. she also has a dog named cash- very friendly, likes to play hard to get. he won't bother you. it took me over 2 month to get his attention to hang with me.
