Centrally Located Apartment 2 Blocks From Beach

I lived in Jennie and Ricks upstairs apartment for 18 months. Jennie is an artist so everything about the property is esthetically pleasing. It is impeccably clean and safe, equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is also close to grocery stores, the gym, and church. It is not party central; it is for a professional who seeks peace and quiet after a long days work. The screened in back porch is a slice of heaven, especially in the fall. Jennie and Rick take incredible care of their property. If anything should need fixing, the issue is resolved immediately. You are not a number; they care about their tenants and treat them well. (Jennie is also an amazing cook!!) Their 2 furry kids are the sweetest and will sometimes greet you in the backyard when you come home. If I could give 10 stars, I would! It was very difficult to leave!!!

This rental property had everything I needed for a month-long stay here. The hosts are amazing people and will help you with whatever you may need. If I have to stay in the MB area again I will 100% be looking to stay here. The studio is clean and well-maintained and will provide you the privacy you need should you be looking for it. I work in the healthcare field and this location was perfect for the nearby hospital. Overall my experience with this property and its hosts was exceptional and my recommendations could not be any higher.

J and her husband are fantastic hosts. They made sure that I was comfortable during my stay. As a female medical student traveling alone I was nervous to be staying at an unfamiliar location, but I can assure you that this is a safe and welcoming place to be! The apartment itself is decorated very pretty and was extremely clean. I enjoyed seeing the chickens and well behaved pups in the yard as well. I would stay here again! Highly recommend.

I am a medical student who moved to Myrtle Beach for clinical rotations and lived here for a year. I absolutely loved living here and am honestly sad to be moving. The apartment comes with everything you could possibly need. Pots, pans, laundry baskets, towels, everything is there. The landlords, R*** and J*****, are so sweet and are always there to help if you need anything. I would always walk to the beach as it is only two blocks away. This is a very nice area of Myrtle Beach, I always felt safe and would frequently go for runs. There is also a super nice country club within walking distance that is open to the public that serves a nice breakfast. Nearby there are plenty of places to eat. Publix is just down the road and Grand Strand Medical Center is only a six-minute drive. I think the best part about this adorable apartment is the huge screened-in porch. The backyard is beautiful, I spent a lot of time on the porch area studying. I cannot recommend this place enough!
