2bed 1bath Renovated Apartment in SLC.

Ive been a travel nurse for 4+ years and this was hands down the worst experience Ive had with a rental. The owners manage the property themselves, and it shows unresponsive and greedy. They tacked on endless fees, including a non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent, as well as a ridiculous $300 initiation fee. Upon moving in, we submitted three maintenance requests, none of which were addressed during our entire stay. The worst part? Their shady cleaning charges. The lease used vague language about cleaning fees. They handed us a ridiculous sheet with per-item costs. Despite deep cleaning the unit ourselves, they still charged us $350! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The management is an absolute nightmare!
