Home Away from Home Three Rooms for Rent in a Beautiful House in Fargo ND

I suspected that the landlord was entering my apt while I was not home, so I put out a few cameras inside of my private apt and caught her coming in multiple times without any notice whatsoever. One occasion occurring while I was asleep in bed late at night. She also kept my entire security deposit after I cleaned the apartment and left zero damage. I have video proof of everything I've stated. Good luck fellow travelers and stay safe!

I enjoyed staying at this property while I was completing an externship in Fargo. S is a very generous, friendly, and down to earth host. I very much appreciated how she had everything ready for me when I arrived and I didnt have to worry about the little things. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked and cleaning supplies in the laundry room. The bed in the room I rented was also very comfortable! I think I will miss it! S made me and my two cats feel most welcome and at home during our time in Fargo. I would definitely stay here in the future if I find myself in Fargo again! Thank you for everything!

S is awesome, I had 2 dogs which she was very friendly too. She really didn't bother me. The house is very tasteful in decoration. Very clean and cozy. Has everything and anything you might want and need. I locked myself out once, Sandra came home from work just to let me in. No charge and very understanding. She is strict as far as who is staying. Which is understandable. She wants to know ahead of time, who and the length of time someone is staying with you. Since I rented for myself and my 2 dogs. I had no problem just as long as she knew. When I left she inspected the property and refunded my deposit with no problems. There are rules and if you abide and communicate it's a great place to stay and have family or friends over.
