Modern Cottage - Pet Friendly/3 mi to Cookeville Regional Medical Center

We stayed here while building our new home. It was wonderful to not have to unpack twice, as everything we needed is here. The house is very comfortable and easy to maintain. The neighborhood is well kept up, quiet and friendly. The owner was very flexible on our move in & out dates, as our build took a bit longer than expected. He's very helpful & quick to respond to any questions. Cookeville is a great place to live. There are a lot of fun activities & awesome restaurants. I highly recommend this Comfy Cottage for anyone looking for a short or long term rental.

This house is perfect! Its very roomy and clean. The beds are super comfortable too. The community is quiet and safe. The owner was super nice and responsive! Overall, it was truly a superb experience while staying in Cookeville.

I stayed for 3 months while completing a rotation at CRMC. This property is an absolutely amazing home!!! Very clean upon arrival, decorated beautifully, stocked with all kitchen/laundry/cleaning/bedding needs and even more! The owner is awesome and is always available to help with anything if needed. Neighborhood is lovely, calm, and well kept. I had an amazing experience and recommend to anyone needing a place near CRMC! Great space inside for me and my pup with nice furnishings. Many restaurants nearby and places to shop. This is a great place that is well taken care of. 100/10!!
