Responsible minimalist middle aged woman, clean. Traveling to support family in transition. Have friends in sebastopol and all over bay, some w young children Im coming to help. Lived in marin prior to SoCal. Non smoker. Animal lover Healthy, active and will be out a lot on weekday mornings and wknds, sometimes gone but would like to host a friend occasionally, cook quick meals, take a bath. Space for yoga and a comfortable couch preferred to unwind here or there. Please provide age range of inhabitants and their routines. Low maintenance gal with excellent credit score and good communication skills.
