Very close to downtown Prescott through just neighborhood streets and close to lakes and other attractions. This little place feels like home away from home.

j was extremely kind and accommodating. the unit had everything you would need and was in a great location close to trails, downtown prescott and nice neighbors

My stay here was beyond amazing. I'm a travel nurse, and have not experienced anything as comfortable. This studio has everything you need PLUS location. Walking distance from trails and 5 to10 minutes driving from literally everything else. It's a private little gem! J, the owner, is incredible at making you feel at home away from home! If thisbplace isn't booked...book it!

Great studio apartment. Safe location, quiet at night, and very convenient to downtown. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and loved having laundry in the unit. J was a great host, and always available if needed. I'd definitely stay here again!
