Comfortable stay. Nice to have off street parking and access to washer/dryer. Would stay again. Easy access to highway, short stroll to downtown restaurants and a short drive to a nearby grocery store in town.

Hello. We are Noah and Sherry, the property owners/managers of 300 W Madison Street in beautiful downtown Lake Mills, Wisconsin. We purchased this property in March of 2022. It was in pretty bad shape having fallen hard into disrepair. In one short year, we have been able to restore each apartment from floor to ceiling. All three apartments have been completely renovated. The upstairs apartment is leased to a long term tenant while the other two serve as Airbnb's for both weekenders on vacation and for travel working professionals.
