I am a single woman. I like to live quietly and mostly to myself. I do have my grandkids over sometimes but not often and only for a couple hours. There is a peaceful yard with BBQ, table and chairs, and a fire pit you are welcome to use on the patio. The kitchen is available for your use as well as a second refrigerator in the garage.
