Penthouse View Room

This is an amazing place with a most gracious host. Clean, comfortable with separate bathroom. I'd wake up every morning with beautiful view from my room. I'd eat dinner from the bar area in living room with the same beautiful view. Wendy is a wonderful host, extremely welcoming and hospitable. You can swim laps in the pool, take a break in the jacuzzi and sweat it out in the sauna. The surrounding area is very safe and quiet. But if you want to go downtown or Chinatown, the bus stop is right there. And you can transfer from there to go to Waikk or Ala Moana. I enjoyed my 5 months stay here very much.

I paid my deposit for this space and upon my arrival the space was not prepared for my arrival, and a few other things. So I declined from staying there and asked for my deposit to be returned and the landlord refused to return my deposit. Why would you do such thing to someone?!? Hawaii Laws state that Deposit should be refundable! YOUR DESCRIPTION SAYS DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE BUT REFUSES TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT. Horrible!!! Hopefully if you choose this place to stay, you'll get your deposit back. Also be aware of the puppies who got fleas according to her.
