The house is small but has plenty of room for 1-2 people and even a pet. It a private home located on a shared lot. All utilities and internet is included, lot is large.
Couch is deep and comfortable to relax on. We have board games and cards as well if you need something else to do for fun. When weather is nice there is a park just walking distance away, along with many other conveniences.

These two small chairs have been replaced with a black leather recliner, just have not been able to get an updated picture of that. We did this as it seems guest like to have a recliner.
Mattress is only a couple years old and is very comfortable. We want our hard working professionals to get a good nights sleep.

Spacious closet and tall dresser in the bedroom. It also has a smart tv for resting and watching in bed. The living room boast a large smart tv as well. Both have free streaming apps but you can log into any streaming service you have as well.

All linens are included, along with a starter toiletries.
Small mud/laundry room when you enter the side door. Very convenient to have laundry on-site.
Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating. Kuerig that does pots of coffee or individual. There is nothing you should need to buy besides groceries.
