10/10 recommend this spot!! The room is spacious and clean. The balcony offers a decent view and fresh air. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe (Amazon fairies deliver frequently with no issues). F (the owner) is welcoming, easily approachable and accommodating, and respectful of your space and presence in the house. Shared spaces are kept reasonably clean and organized. I felt very comfortable here, like it was my home too, as opposed to just "that lady upstairs." Again: 10/10 recommend!!

I am the GM of a bar in downtown Iowa City. I have lived in Iowa City for about three years now. I like to bike around town, and make craft cocktails. I will be living in the unit as well; so in terms of living style: I work a lot, sometimes at home, so it is always very tranquil and quiet at home. Actually, the way the unit is configured allows for complete privacy in the bedrooms aurally which is fantastic.
