Quiet Country Setting Private Studio Apartment

This has been my favorite place to stay in my 5 years of traveling. It's an upstairs studio next to national forest land. Private keypad entry. It is about a 20 minute drive from the hospital, but the drive is beautiful following a river and pasture land. The owners are incredibly pleasant, giving, and interesting people. I've been invited to dinner several times, was often gifted baked goods and fruit from the yard, and we even went kayaking. They have very friendly pets if you enjoy dogs and cats. Near the house are some national forest roads that make for great running, and Florence itself is a wonderful town with a lot to do if you enjoy the outdoors. I recommend sandboarding or sand sledding. No full oven in the unit, but between hot plates, air fryer, Toaster oven, and a crock pot provided, cooking options were not an issue. If/when I'm in Florence again, I'll definitely be staying with Teresa and James again.
