Pros: has washer/dryer, comfy bed, shower pressure is good, small town but close to highways to get to other areas Cons: no space to put food in cabinets, unsure when oven is preheated, flies, mice, dirty, smells of mildew, broken blinds, water pressure in kitchen sink is awful unless the cold water is on, owner's dog is left out in the cold for hours at a time, parking situation isn't great if the other house is booked, not worth the monthly rent that's charged
If you love spiders this is the place for you. I killed over 30 the 6 days that I lived there 1 star
