A very convenient location, walking distance to all you need. Home had everything necessary to move right in. Owners were always quick to respond when needs arose. They were friendly and fair. This was the perfect situation for our family as we relocated.

Nicely furnished house with all the amenities! The house is close to the hospitals, shopping and restaurants. I especially loved the coffee bar in the dining room. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal and much more than I expected. The downstairs family room has a large smart TV. The back patio area is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet, which I appreciated as I worked Night Shift. I would highly recommend this property.

M has been a wonderful tenant as a travel nurse. She communicates well with any issues in the unit, thoughtfully passes on mail that needs to go to the homeowner and the house always looks fantastic if we are there any reason. We have rented a different place to her previously and she left that place spotless and well maintained. Definitely a great short term renter!

House is well maintained, Close to public transit and major interchanges for fast travel. Quiet neighborhood, maintained yard by owners. Owners are easy to work with and house is pet friendly, if you choose. Rented for almost 3 years, loved the location, so much to do in the area.
