Cozy Villa near Stadium and Downtown Dunedin

I rented from N and R for a travel assignment in Dunedin. I stayed in two of their rentals. Both were amazing. Everything was brand new, and so clean. They have 6 units. The place was so quiet and I wanted for nothing. The location is great for several hospitals and so close to so many wonderful things Dunedin has to offer! Close to the Blue Jays spring training stadium, downtown Dunedin which is a must to see! A very short walk to the water. Plenty of room and the luxury of having a 1 car garage! Washer and dryer included. I would stay there again if I ever come back!

We needed a last minute place near Clearwater that allowed for our dogs due to some construction delays. N and R were great to work with and the condo was dog friendly with porcelain tile and a small side yard for them to do their business. It also felt very private and quiet with the garages located between units, so didn't have to worry about barking while we were away. A short walk down the side walk to the Pinellas trail, a little longer to the path along the shore line, and a short car ride to the dog park. This worked out great for us! The condo is only a couple of blocks from the stadium and about a 20 minute walk to downtown Dunedin, so there was always something to do.
