The owner chrage us100 dollars for utility cost, and withhold 80 dollars for linens that we did not damage. The house is in a bad neigbourhood.

Unfortunately, they were angry about the fee so this is the only way that they could discharge their thoughts. The Jersey City Mayors Office is three streets away from the property. This area is great with access to transportation to NYC within 30 minutes. A big supermarket and laundromat is in a mall three streets along with the train. What better place to be. Come and see for yourself.
