Brand New 1 Bedroom (Apt 5)

I was amazed at how well equipped the fully furnished apartment was. Everything and anything you could think of was there and available for use. I loved the decor, the detailed touches in the apartment and the building provided evidence that everything was intentional and for your comfort. It was also newly renovated and well maintained. The Apartment Manager made me feel welcomed from the very start, answered all my questions and offered details about the area, apartment and community. The area is central but in a safe community near a main boulevard. During my 6 month stay, I went on daily walks in the residential neighborhood during the day and at night. It was safe, peaceful and quiet. I work remotely and never had issues with the wifi, it was always strong and active. Also, the hot water was the best and heated immediately after turning it on! Whole Foods, Pharmacy Stores and a Recreational Park are walking distance. The freeway is a mile away.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Pearl for 3 months during my travel nurse assignment at UCLA. It was in a great location, easy 10-15 min drive to the hospital at all times of the day. The complex is gated, clean, and quiet. The apartment was perfect for me and my golden retriever. It had everything i needed. Theres a park one block down that was great to walk to. Parking was never an issue. The property managers were very responsive and a pleasure to work with, along with the amazing grounds crew! Highly recommend staying here. I would gladly stay here again.

My stay at The Pearl was absolutely lovely! L is a great landlord who makes sure that her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The unit is newly renovated and has everything you could possibly wantincluding an amazing ninja blender that I still miss. As far as studios go it was the perfect size for me and had great storage for clothes and other belongings. The location is amazing and I felt safe the entire two months that I stayed there (which was one of the most important elements for me when I was looking for places in LA). I parked on the street behind the building and never had any problems. The surrounding area of Mar Vista is residential and I enjoyed many evening walks. And I cant forget to mention that its a 10-15 minute drive to Venice beach! You really cant beat this place, I would definitely recommend!
