The Sanctuary of Merced I

A very clean and safe place to stay for my contract in Merced. The landlords, Indy and A, were very responsive and quick to resolve issues with the apartment (there weren't very many, only minor questions). It's about 15-20min to Mercy hospital which was just fine for me as it's quiet and away from town- I was able to sleep during the day (worked night shift) without any loud noises. All appliances worked perfectly- especially the a/c! It can get very hot outside during summer and I was glad to have a cool apartment. They were even able to help accommodate my family when they visited so that we could all stay together (rented the upper floor for a weekend at a very reasonable rate). Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this place for a traveling professional.

Very nice & comfortable stay in Merced!! The apartment had everything we needed for during our stay. Nice, quiet & safe location. Only a short 15 min drive to the hospital. Close to the highway. Indi & Alan were awesome landlords. Quick to respond & help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

My client who is a nurse practitioner stayed her while on assignment. She said the property was excellent! Al the landlord was easy to work and I hope we can work together again. I'd recommend his property to any traveling physicians working in the area!

This property was perfectly accommodating for a 5+ week stay! Brand new build was an extra sweet bonus! A convenient close drive for meetings in Merced. Alan is a super awesome host and made communication easy and smooth! We will definitely be booking this stay in the future again! Thanks A for our stay at the Sanctuary of Merced!
