Cozy House Near Hospitals- 3 Bedrooms

I needed a last minute booking for a 2+ month stay with my cat and S was super accommodating. She responded to my messages very quickly, and we got everything set up within a matter of days. She was incredibly welcoming, always asking if I needed anything to make me more comfortable in her home. S stays on top of all home maintenance and is a great communicator. The rented room is semi-private from the rest of the house, with a private bathroom including a washer/dryer. The living room has a big comfy couch and TV, perfect for relaxing after work. S's dog is super sweet and will instantly become best friends with you. The Hermitage area is about 20 minutes from downtown, but access to the highway is close-by so commuting is no issue. There are several grocery/retail stores and gas stations with typically good prices in the immediate area. If you're looking for a chill and friendly environment to live in, I would highly recommend booking with S!
