Would not recommend doing business w/this owner let alone sharing the space as it is listed. Communication: Poor. She is very disorganized & comes across as entitled. Cleanliness: You'll be charged a cleaning fee but the floors are filthy & windows hadn't been washed for quite a while. Size/Price: Condo is listed as 1689 sq ft but when I rented it, I was not allowed access to the upstairs room that accounts for ~200-330 sq ft. I overpaid for the square footage I did rent & you will too. Safety: Right next to Cave Creek Park which is overrun w/homeless people. Heard multiple gun shots & a helicopter flies over every night due to the crime in the area. Amenities: Photographs well but look closely. No towel racks & no toilet paper holders; think college days. Master shower backs up on a monthly basis so you'll be standing in water often. Couch is HORRIBLE Honesty: Tried to keep part of deposit. When confronted, she lied & claimed it was text typo ($1k is not even close to $1500)

Thank you for taking the time to write and submit a review. Communication: Responses were in a timely manner and when I was texted for a call, I immediately prioritized calling even when it was a little inconvenient for me. Cleanliness: This was already discussed via phone and I did communicate I would communicate and give the feedback to my cleaners. Living here myself, I have not heard any gunshots or helicopters. After the water drain in master was communicated to me, I offered the solution of the draino and if it was communicated more than once I would have sent someone down. Deposit: Ill take the accountability that I got mixed up due to the fact I was rushing to give your deposit back when I actually had one week to do so. I was never confronted just asked. Everytime I checked in and asked how things were I was told they were good and the stay was good. It is my tenants responsibility to communicate as we are all adults if any of this bothered you at the time it did.
