We had such a good time staying in this home! The shower is really good and so is the kitchens faucet. The heating system works very well and the bedrooms curtains completely black out the room, which made sleeping there even more pleasant. Erin is an awesome landlord and promptly answered every time we reached out to her.
Nice, cozy home in a good neighborhood. Plenty of storage between the attic and basement. Appliances were new, big TV in the living room. Friendly neighbors and a safe neighborhood to walk around in, I walked around at night multiple times and never felt uncomfortable. Responsive landlord as well. Very close commute to both hospitals!
Cozy one bedroom with basement and attic. Safe neighborhood, close to several amenities, including the hospitals. The landlords are kind, and easy to get a hold of if in need of something.
About the landlord
Erin
I have worked at both hospitals in town and currently work at Mayo in Radiology. I am a Realtor licensed in MN and WI. My husband and I opened a tattoo shop in Hokah, MN where we have another short term rental for people traveling that don't require as long of a stay. We love to renovate properties and are always busy with one project or another. We work hard and play hard, recently falling in love with rock climbing. We love to travel to Hawaii and enjoy any kind of board sports, wakeboarding, snowboarding, paddle boarding and long boarding just to name a few.
