The community is gated so a pass is shown at gate house. There is a large lake, boating, water skiing, 7 parks, tennis, golf , bocce ball, pickle ball, Club House with bar and restaurant, Sports Lounge (bar and restaurant). The house is on a quiet cut de sac.

This is a beautiful home nestled in a quiet area, nature all around, the subdivision makes you feel like you are definitely in a resort. Would highly recommend, the owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

I am an older widow who, after my husband passed, downsized and moved to the foothills from the Bay Area of Northern Ca.. I chose a resort, gated community filled with all ages. My other residence is out of state and I spend summers there. I wanted privacy and a lovely setting when I chose this home.
