I have stayed here at Unit A with Doug being a very attentive landlord. He is always quick to respond, regarding move in process and any questions I have had. The unit has 3 other tenants but you would never know because everyone is so quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and has alot of families living in the area. I have not had any issues nor felt unsafe. This was a 12-15 minute drive to my work (UNC Rex) and never had any issues getting to and from. This location has great driving and biking access to local parks and downtown area! I would recommend this unit to anyone.
