I needed housing for my last semester at William and Mary, and I was very lucky to find this property! The landlord is very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, and the house is a perfect location from the school. I was thankfully able to complete my degree without worrying about housing.

The place is clean, well kept, spacious, and great neighborhood. Debbie is very helpful, attentive, always available for requests. Even when she cooks, she's always willing to share her meals. Neighborhood is safe. Before making any changes or anything, she always consults with you even though it's her house. She cares that her tenants are well cared for, comfortable through their stay, and at peace. If had another work assignment in that area, I would definitely stay there and only come there to work knowing that I'll be staying at her place

i was okay at first but was not inform at first that a guy was staying there, also it was disturbing that the lady had her place painted and my door had to be open ,also had other work in her house which was not told till the day i decided to leave, i call the lady to complaint about the dude in the house behavior, laying on the couch scared me also sitting at the table with no shirt on,( she first informed me that he is hardly there,when i first moved in , that was a lie,) i gave the lady a two weeks notice and was leaving 3/31 and would have gotten back some of my deposit 246.00, but because of my job i quit early but was willing to stay on the property till 31st so i can get back some of my money, but with the work being done in her place it was impeding my peace of mind,it was time to leave , she told me i would not get back any monies i could care less, it was a pure waste to pay 1,450 in cash i would have stayed in a hotel for my peace of mind she is okay Hotel next time

I am a traveling Dietitian who have always stayed in hotels. Since hotel rates have skyrocket I decided to try Furnished Finder. I hit the jackpot when I found this property. The landlord is super nice, easy to get along with and accommodating. The home is beautiful, clean & safe. The location is perfect to Eastern State Hospital, groceries stores, the outlet mall, restaurants & highways. If I decide to come back & work in Williamsburg again, I would definitely live here if a room is available.
