This was, hands down, one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of staying at among my travels for school. Everything was clean, organized, new, and in good condition. Not only was the place completely furnished with everything I needed, but the landlord was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to any of my needs. He would message me regularly to make sure that I was happy with everything and comfortable. I wish all land lords were like Fred. He truly was a gem and great to do business with. I highly recommend this property and any other property that he may be renting.
