Large Primary Room w ensuite Bathroom

I had the pleasure of renting this room from for nearly 2 years, and I can confidently say that it was a fantastic experience. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and all of the amenities that one could need for comfortable living. Pam is an exceptional landlord. She was always respectful, responsive, and attentive to any concerns or requests I had. The atmosphere in the house was welcoming and friendly, making it feel like a true home away from home. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and conveniently located near downtown Novato. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed in the cottage for a few months while on an assignment for work. P was very welcoming and truly opened her home to me. As a single female, I felt safe. The backyard is beautiful and the cottage is cozy with everything you need. I highly recommend this property!

The cottage was a lovely place to stay for a summer internship. A nice private space that is close to incredible hiking spots and shopping nearby. The housemates were respectful and easy to get along with. Perfect for a student with an internship.

The cottage is perfect for someone who has a minimal lifestyle and is on the go. It is a very tiny, private space and super close to downtown Novato & several shopping centers. Location is very safe and housemates are wonderful. Definitely great for everyone and has an amazing family feel.
