The present tenant is n a month by month basis as he conducts his business. I will update the availability by the 25th of each month. The house is presently unavailable through December 2024. After my initial experience with a tenant I have amended the rent as follows: A single tenant will pay $1250.00 a month. A couple will pay $1750.00. Thank you.

    I'm a retired person with two grown daughters in CA and another daughter with her husband and 10 mo old daughter living in GA. I bought a home there a year ago to have a place for the CA family and I and other friends to land when they go visit the GA family. I plan to visit 7-10 days at a time 3-4 times a year.
