Beautiful Modern Apartment everything is New

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning property through Furnished Finder, and I can confidently say its a five-star experience! The home, built a long time ago, has so much character and charm. The apartment I stayed in was impressively spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, plus brand new appliances. The bedroom and living room were equipped with smart TVs, making it so easy to relax and watch movies after a long day. The location is perfectquiet and tucked away on a lovely side street, but only three minutes to the town center and five minutes to the hospital, which was incredibly convenient for my work. The landlord went above and beyond, even helping me carry my boxes upstairs when I first moved in and always being available whenever I had questions or needed help with anything. The parking was plentiful, and the property itself was clean, cozy, and welcoming. In fact, the landlord even cooked me dinner during my first week since I was new to the area and didnt know anyone. Its clear that they genuinely care about their tenants. I cant recommend this place enoughsuch a wonderful stay!

My husband and I rented the apartment from June to October. The kitchen was nice, plenty of cabinets, except it had no light over the kitchen sink. New appliances throughout . The bathroom was nice except it had no exhaust fan and the toilet runs. Nice shower! There are four closets in the apartment, but they have no doors. The furniture is nice throughout. But we had to do a lot of cleaning. Only 4 windows have screens that you can open. No insulation between apartments, you can hear everything. If you're looking for a yard, there is only a small deck. When we needed heat, I was informed that the heat doesn't get turned on till the second week of October. So beware of this! The owner tore down the Stonewall in front of the house and worked on it for 1 day . There is an old refrigerator, blocking their front door downstairs. The outside looks bad! I would recommend he finishes the work before you rent there! Otherwise, the owners are nice and the dogs are friendly.
