This apartment is so nice! It was a great home away from home for 4 months! It is 8-10 minutes from downtown as well as berry hill area. LeAndra was always super responsive and quick whenever there was a problem or maintenance request. The area it is located is not the best but a gated parking spot comes with the booking. With that being said I never felt unsafe while at the apartment or had any bad encounters.
The apartment was very convenient and super close to downtown. I am a travel nurse and was working at Tristar Skyline. It was a 12 min drive The property is secured with gated parking. I felt safe living here which was my top priority when looking for an apartment. Also, I worked night shift so I was asleep during the day. The property was very quiet and there was minimal noise.
