Private Room in a Single Home centrally located with easy access to Central Florida Hospitals

I had an incredibly comfortable stay with Ms. Martine. The property is nestled in a peaceful and picturesque area, providing a serene environment. The room, located at the back of the house, offered a perfect sense of privacy, with ample space and a private bathroom. Ms. Martine went above and beyond, assisting me with groceries and helping me figure out about transportation, always responding promptly to any requests. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend staying with her!

This property was everything I could need and ask for. The lessor was very easy to work with and there were no issues with my stay. I had my own bathroom and full bedroom with access to most of everything else in the home - pool, kitchen, etc. Overall it was a fair value for my situation.

M was a great host during my month-long stay at her property! The room/bathroom was comfortable and provided the perfect amount of privacy when needed. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and away from major roads which was helpful for my early schedule. I'd recommend this property to other medical professionals!
