Bills place is a hidden gem! The neighborhood is so peaceful; I'm sad my time is up. The space very cozy and quiet. Lots of bedroom storage space available. The Bathroom is spacious with very high ceilings. Water pressure is great & temperature was perfect! There is a huge covered outdoor patio space available with a large smart TV available. WiFi is fast- no issues streaming movies. Private driveway parking available. Close to several stores and an Amtrak station. This space really felt like home. I hope Bills place is available after my next work assignment; I will most definitely be back!

I live by myself along with my indoor cat Mr. Deeds and Monte the Turtle in a single family ranch home with 4br, 2full bath family home in upscale Newark neighborhood Academy Hill. The bedroom for rent is located on the opposite side of the homeowners accommodation. Currently only renting one room (subject to change); therefore, you will have access to your own full bathroom. I have one fully furnished room and one unfurnished.
