This property is in a nice, safe part of town. It has been newly remodeled and is very close to the three major hospitals. Additionally, it is located near two shopping malls and all downtown nightlife within walking distance. You really couldn't be in a better location.
This is a beautifully remodeled unit as of 2023, with everything new! It is very comfortable and quiet and has a nice backyard with a small strip of synthetic lawn for your 20lb or smaller dog to use for potty needs. We service many night shifters, and they love all of our units.

Beautiful Apartment in a safe neighborhood. I could not have asked for more. You dont have to worry about finding parking because you have your own covered parking spot. The kitchen is nicely equipped with update appliances/cookware. There is even a Ninja Foodi. Travelers you dont have to bring or spend your money on buying Kitchen equipment. The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens are provided. The private patio offers a place to sit enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine ( you are in wine country). The property itself is well maintained and offers plenty of lighting. B has thought of everything to make travelers feel welcome/comfortable/safe. If I take another assignment in the area I will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you B for accommodating my fur babies. :)
