Quiet Milwaukie mid century home

My husband, myself and our two dogs stayed here for 8 months. The house was perfect for us, a nice backyard too. Cant express how great S was to have as a LL, very responsive and ready to help with anything. House is in great condition & we loved the area. Away from the city, but close enough. Off street parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here with my partner and two dogs for 5 months. S was very communicative and response to any questions I've had. House has everything you would need for an extended stay. Mud room was a nice addition if you have dogs. Backyard is nice and spacious. Neighborhood is very nice with plenty of things near.

My family of 3 and our dog needed a place to stay in the Portland area for the fall of 2023. Some great things: 1) the mudroom is great to hold a bike or other items that would be in a garage. 2) heat, AC, water heater, appliances - all worked well and consistently. 3) parking - easy to get in and out of the private driveway, never had issues with neighbors, crime, etc. 4) mail/deliveries - amazon deliveries are sometimes same day; great mail and other package deliveries. 5) beds and supplies - great blankets, sheets, pillows, and comfortable bed options. 6) furniture - closets/hangers, places to store things and set stuff down, it really felt like home. 7) bathroom - toilet never clogged, great storage under the sink, shower was refreshing 8) kitchen - we cooked every day, just about everything you need. If pressed for a complaint, I would say the sidewalks are narrow and after work for about an hour there is more traffic on the road, not really bad, we would stay again!

First I want to say S is a wonderful landlady! The house was perfect for our stay. Its very comfortable for 3 of us and our dog. Quiet neighborhood, easy commute to anywhere in Portland. The rooms are well appointed and it has everything that we needed. Thank you for allowing us stay at your place making it our home temporarily.

This property is tucked into such a safe pocket in Milwaukie, great walking areas all around. Downtown Milwaukie is just a few min walk down the road. Portland is a quick drive and easy to access. The home has everything you need for a comfortable short term stay, and the beds are so comfortable. The backyard is so cozy, and has a cute place to sit and enjoy the sun. Snowie is an amazing landlord to rent from, super responsive and incredibly kind! And extremely accommodating. If I ever come back to travel nurse in Portland, Ill definitely want to stay here again!

Cute neighborhood , lots of nearby areas to explore, very quite perfect for those that work nights, close to Portlands night life. The host is the best!!! If Im ever luck enough to go back Im definitely staying here again.
