Cozy room, quiet close downtown and hospital. Lake Mendocino about 10-15 minutes away

My stay was exceptional, and the landlord, Kathy, was fantastic. The place was kept clean throughout my stay. It is close to AHUV, Walmart, and all the shopping stores. 100% will stay there if I should have another assignment

My stay a this property was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and homey. K the owner is absolutely amazing she is a very sweet person. K keeps her home very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is also very quiet during all hours of the day. I am so glad I had the opportunity to stay at this lovely property and meet K it was a great experience I'll always remember.

100% recommend this rental. The owner of the house K is amazing. The house is super cozy and clean. Very close to the AHUV hospital about a 5 min drive or less. Only reason why i am leaving is because my rotation at the hospital came to an end, if not i would try to stay forever. 10/10 recommend, will 100% try to stay again if i ever come back to Ukiah. Amazing place!

I had a wonderful stay at this property and K was the most welcoming host. Very convenient to the hospital and very accommodating. I would definitely book again if I were to take another contract in Ukiah.
