Comfy 3BR near Chambersburg

Overall, I would give this home a 2 out of 5 stars. I stayed with my partner and two dogs in this house for two months this summer and we were not happy when we realized there was a man living above us in the house. He had a separate entrance, but often was loudly making coffee, flushing toilet, and watching loud television in the early hours. I would not recommend it for someone who has night shifts or long 24 hour shifts that needs to sleep during the day. We were not told about the separate unit above us and if had known beforehand, would not have stayed here. It is also located on a very busy highway-esque road in Fayetteville - it can be very noisy! Another thing to keep in mind if you need rest during the day. The blackout shades were nice but the noise still persisted. The landlord was very responsive, but my partner and I were a bit dismayed when we entered and a few things were broken and there was leftover toiletries and food from previous tenants that we had to clean up.

I had a great stay here for a travel contract very close by, it is comfortable and spacious and J is very responsive with any issues.
