Three bedroom, two bath home, extra family room set up as living room for tenant. Very quiet clean environment. Located only 5 miles from downtown and one hour from Reno , the biggest little city . About an hour 20 mins from beautiful lane Tahoe. No doing , drugs , partying or loud music . You may have your private bathroom if I have no other tenants at the same time as you. I will deep clean the bathroom every weekend.

It was very clean and C is very nice I had a good time
Amazing. Comfortable. Quiet. The homeowner is so very nice. No issues at all. Room was perfect and comfortable. The house is super secure. I will miss being there!!

I am very easy going. Work most of the time, So I will not be home most of the time. When I am not working, I am traveling to see my Kids and Grandkids.
