Peart Cottage - Serenity on the Irondequoit Bay

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. It is newly renovated, bright, and airy. Loved the view of the lake front from the yard, deck, and interior of the cottage. G was very responsive to our requests. Strategically located to grocery store, beach front, walking trails, and freeways, and to sights in Rochester.

I was genuinely devastated to have to leave this place! The views out the back windows are stunning, and you get to look at countless trees and a view of the water. No neighbours in immediate view out those windows either, which is a unique blessing! I ended up moving the couch and dining table over to face the windows so I could take in the view at all times! We spotted countless bird species during the day, including great blue herons and bald eagles. G was very responsive to anything I brought up, and things were quick to be fixed, which I appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough omg, and if I am ever back in the area again, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful owners who thought of everything in furnishing this gem! We have had a wonderful time enjoying the area & all the amenities the cottage has to offer. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a dream! Highly recommend!
