The property was in excellent condition (all new high-end appliances and many sundry items) and landlady prompt and helpful. Very much enjoyed the stay. Highest recommendations. No air conditioning but obverhead fans in all rooms kept it comfortable.
Great location to hospitals, shopping, and dining in a safe and quiet neighborhood. New York Mills is a small and quaint area with outstanding neighbors. The space was precisely what I needed for the time and is exactly as pictured. It was clean with many amenities and an exceptionally responsive host. L was quick to respond to any questions I had about the area and offered suggestions of community happenings while there. This is a 5 star stay with a 5 star host, I would absolutely book again if in the area and will recommend this and the other properties to other traveling professionals.
