The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Located in the best part of Oxnard, the area is safe and near the 101 freeway. Vons, Starbucks, Walmart, Walgreens, and World Gym are only a 4 minute drive away. There is plenty of parking. Park is near by and the area is safe for outdoor activities. Calm neighborhood. The house is always kept neat and tidy. We are nurses also and like to have a place to have quiet time after a long shift....
