Private Room/Bath -Shared Apartment

Let me start by saying the property manager, Carlos, was great. Very responsive and willing to correct any issue. When we arrived, the cleaning crew had not done a good job of cleaning and restocking. Contacted Carlos and he had the crew out there within 2 hours with supplies. After settling in and enjoying the neighborhood, we began to meet our neighbors. The elevator is very nice. Plenty of yard for dogs. Plenty of other dogs in the complex. Now for the problems. This is a second story unit out of three stories. The tenant above is VERY VERY LOUD! VERY LOUD! We heard every foot step even at 3am! After confronting her about the noise, her response was, Well what do you suggest I do and when are you leaving?" Very rude and unhelpful people. Miserable living with her above us. Second issue was the train. The train would come ALL hours of the day AND NIGHT! Very loud horn! Very hard to get a good nights sleep. Carlos was great. He couldn't fix the noise issues but fixed every else.
