1/1 Condo Unit 1031

I feel a bit bad writing this review however I lost 700 dollars of my deposit and dony want it to happen to you. We had to leave because of the heavy marijuana smell that would come up from the downstairs neighbor into our apartment. The couple was nice to rent from however they told the HOA to tell the downstairs neighbor who constantly, smokes marijuana that we were upset. She then would scream and cuss at us when we would leave and come home. I took videos but nothing was done. We moved out with a 2 week notice due to the smell and I was concerned about testing positive for drugs. We were then told we would only get part of our security deposit back and then the management team and landlord would not respond to our emails when we appealed. It's not ok. We also left the property in very clean condition and still lost our deposit due to someone's issues. The neighbor also has a dog who barks a lot & she smokes in the stairwells with her friends so you cannot leave the windows open.
