I sent this Lady my deposit 500dollars while I was out of the country based on the pictures. She knew I was coming a few weeks in advanced. I was shocked to find the place was filthy. The bathroom was covered in an inch of dust and I had to scrub it before I could use it. There was not even toilet paper in the bathroom. There is a drug test behind the night stand and used tissues. There is dog urine on the carpet. She threw a furry rug over it and called it good. Speaking of dogs and I am a dog lover. She has three large dogs that she traps in the house all day. Well they raid the trash can regularly and she just lets the trash set on the floor for days and days. Her fridge is gross and has never been cleaned. She leaves piles of dishes in the sink so forget about using the kitchen. Her dogs raided my room while I was at work so I came home to my blankets pulled off the bed and on her filthy floor. They even got into the closet where I kept my food. I had to stay my thirty days to get my deposit back and I still havent gotten it. When I told her I found a new place to live she tried to make me feel bad saying it would put her in a financial situation even though its a month to month rental. I have photos of the filth and will be posting them to some other housing websites so no one has to go through what I did. If there were a negative star option I would have chosen it!
